20201015 Schwurgerichtsprozess wegen Nationalsozialistischer Wiederbetätigung
Drei Angeklagte mussten heute vor dem Schwurgericht wegen Nationalsozialistischer Wiederbetätigung erscheinen.
Den 3 Angeklagten (41, 18, 22) wird vorgeworfen, sie hätten sich NS-Symbole tätowiert und in Haft NS- Gedankengut durch Äußerungen gutgeheißen.
Heute entscheidet der Schwurgerichtssenat unter Vorsitz von Richter Hermann Hofer, über die dafür zu verhängenden Strafen.
